Bill Syddall

Prior to founding and serving as President of ALINK Insurance Services®, Bill worked over 27 years at American Express and First Data’s subsidiary, Integrated Payment Systems in varying leadership roles; VP of Client Services and Operations, Director of Quality Control and Operations, and Manager of New Business Development and Implementations. During this time, he managed teams from 10 to 450+ employees across multiple states who were responsible to deliver both client satisfaction and shareholder returns.
These experiences have served Bill well over the past decade as his agency of one has grown into two offices located in Colorado Springs and Parker consisting of 12 employees who serve thousands of clients from Colorado and surrounding states.
Bill has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Westminster College in Salt Lake City and maintains a CIC designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. He also embraces change and the six-sigma process improvement methodologies as he looks for creative ways to offer more value to his staff and clients.
Bill has lived in Colorado for over 20 years, been married to the love of his life for over three decades and has five children and seven grandchildren. All of whom are the joy and purpose behind all he does. He loves seeing others succeed and outside of his role as a trusted insurance advisor, you will find Bill enjoying time with his family and two dogs as he volunteers and serves in local church and community activities.
