There are many moving pieces to this rebrand and it will take a few weeks for the entire rollout process to be complete. The Genesee General team are excited about the strength in their new size and the power of this partnership.
Key Points of Rebrand
• Our legal name will change to Jencap Insurance Services, Inc in May (NO FEIN CHANGE). You will begin seeing the Jencap logo and new legal entity name on policy documents, etc.
• Our finance company, Insurance Payment Company (IPC), will continue with no name change.
• Our email domains will change from @geneseeins.com to @jencapgroup.com on 06/01/21. If you continue to send emails to our existing domains, they will be forwarded.
• Our website, company logo and all associated brand colors will transition to Jencap on 06/01/21.
• There will be no change in operations-you will continue to work with the same great team members at Genesee and use the same work flows as usual.
