In her role as Vice President of Agency Services, she leads with a focus on strengthening partnerships with agency and carrier stakeholders, optimizing internal processes, and elevating service delivery across the board.

A passionate advocate for people and performance, Laurie thrives on helping others grow and succeed. She has led large, dynamic teams, developed scalable service strategies, and spearheaded process improvements that drive consistency and efficiency. Her approach blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, always with a commitment to collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Laurie’s leadership is rooted in integrity and a genuine desire to make a difference—creating impact not just within organizations, but also in the broader community she serves. She has previously served on the Colorado Springs Fire Board of Appeals and volunteered with the Women of Courage Mentorship Program. She continues to give back through her ongoing volunteer work with Fostering Hope.
