Michele Robbins

After nearly 30 years’ experience as a top-level executive foran IT company and several years working as an agent for a national insurance carrier, Michele found her true calling as an independent insurance broker. She and her daughter, Kristin, launched RPM Agency in March 2018 with the mission “to provide authentic, genuine, and consistent care and service for our employees and customers.”

Michele’s commitment to service runs deep. Michele is an active member of the business community and has earned numerous honors including the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce 2019 New Business of the Year and 2020 Ambassador of the Year awards. She serves on the Board for the Evergreen Chamber and as a member of the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce and Evergreen Downtown Business Association. Michele formed a SheLeads Group of women entrepreneurs and is an active participant and sponsor of Women in Evergreen Business.

A graduate of Leadership Evergreen, Michele has been appointed to, and currently serves on, the Jefferson County Wildfire Taskforce. In partnership with area fire departments and the Colorado Forestry Service, she presents Wildfire Seminars to clients, community members and civic groups. Michele testifies frequently in front of Colorado legislators on behalf of bills presented for wildfire mitigation funding and education.
