About the Next-Gen Commitee

The Next-Gen Committee is a fresh take on the traditional Young Agents Committee, designed for our future leaders. To ensure its success, we need both newcomers and seasoned professionals. Our mission is to cultivate essential skills for success and leadership, offering personalized support to help agents refine their expertise, elevate their professionalism, and leave empowered to make a lasting impact on the industry.

Committee Goals

 

  • Provide opportunities for young agents and current industry leaders to develop/enhance their careers through personalized education plans, scholarships, and exclusive CE opportunities.
  • Establish impactful connections between young agents and current industry leaders by providing opportunities to give back to our community.
  • Give these upcoming/current industry leaders the ability to build relationships with each other through exciting events and activities.
