Mikayla is the Founder and Principal Agent of MCIA. She has extensive knowledge with over 10 years direct experience in the insurance industry as a 3rd generation Agent. Although she enjoys all aspects of the industry, her passion lies within commercial insurance. Mikayla thinks the best part about being a small businessowner is that she can develop authentic and genuine relationships with each client and is able to help them navigate the challenging and everchanging industry.
Aside from insurance, Mikayla is also a full-time chauffeur for her four children. In the Summer, you can find her working in her yard, and in the Winter, you can find her crushing it on the slopes. Despite her hectic schedule, the most important thing to Mikayla, is spending time with her family and friends.
