Jennifer Bejarano
Director of Consulting Services
Jennifer is a natural problem solver who has more than 25 years of insurance experience. Jennifer has taken on many roles in the industry, so she’s familiar with the problems agencies deal with and how to solve them. Her favorite opportunities are those that combine critical thinking and process development with team collaboration and relationship building.
Bryan Bernier
PIIAC CEO
Bryan Bernier serves as CEO of PIIAC. Bryan has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Prior to assuming the role of CEO at PIIAC, Bryan was an Independent Agent in New Hampshire. Bryan has served as the Past Chairman of the Board of the New Hampshire Association of Insurance Agents and served as State National Director on the IIABA National Board of Directors. Bryan was recognized as the 40 under 40 for the State of NH in 2012. His true passion is to work with young people to bring more youth and diversity into the insurance industry.
Carie Ann Roach
Director of Technical Affairs
Carie Ann specializes in streamlining operations and improving business performance with over 30 years of industry experience. She provides comprehensive technical insurance support, and she consults with member agencies to enhance their business performance, offering agency management guidance, and delivering solutions to complex insurance issues.
Angela Ford
Continuous Improvement Director/Business Process & Automation Specialist
During her more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Angela has demonstrated a passion for helping agencies improve their technology systems and business processes. Angela has developed and delivered continuing education and professional training programs on a national level for a variety of clients, including, professional organizations like NetVu (Network of Vertafore Users), large agencies and insurance brokerage firms.
Ashley Gold
Legal Counsel
Ashley Gold, J.D., is a partner with Schulman, LeRoy & Bennett, P.C. in Nashville, Tennessee. She has worked around the insurance industry and independent agents for over 17 years, as the Chief Executive Officer and general counsel for the Insurors of Tennessee. In addition, she was a registered lobbyist for over 17 years representing the interests of independent agents on the state level. In 2020 she returned to private practice allowing her the opportunity to represent agencies, companies and individuals.

Marit is a passionate, innovative, success-oriented leader whose specialty lies in using strong relationship and business skills complemented with organizational design and strategic planning to create and sustain organizational growth and productivity. Founder, Agency Focus
As the founder of Agency Focus, Carey uncovers data insights that agencies can use to grow and position themselves to successfully compete in the changing insurance marketplace. Carey has developed key business consulting services to ensure that agencies have the information and support needed to plan for their agency and successfully perpetuate it to the next generation. She has worked with hundreds of agencies to help them understand their agency’s value and plan for their future.
