PIIAC Foundation to Donate $25,000 to B.O.L.D. 2026 – Big Opportunities for Leaders to Deliver

The Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC) Foundation has made a five-year pledge to donate $5,000 per year to B.O.L.D. 2026; a total donation of $25,000. B.O.L.D 2026, Big Opportunities for Leaders to Deliver, is a five-year regional economic strength and resiliency initiative of the Arvada Chamber of Commerce. The Arvada Chamber developed B.O.L.D 2026 in collaboration with several leaders in Arvada, Jefferson, and Adams Counties, Metro Denver, and the state of Colorado.

The B.O.L.D 2026 Regional Economic Strength initiative consists of four main goals:

Goal 1: Grow talent to meet the needs of employers and job seekers. (TALENT)

Goal 2: Increase stock of workforce housing to ensure workers can attain housing within reasonable proximity to their jobs. (HOUSING)

Goal 3: Increase childcare capacity to enable caregivers to join/rejoin the workforce and give children the quality early learning experience they need to thrive. (CHILDCARE)

Goal 4: Strengthen the business environment to ensure economic opportunity for all. (BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT)

“A central initiative of PIIAC and the PIIAC Foundation is to help develop talent to strengthen the insurance industry workforce. It is no secret that the insurance industry is aging and retiring at a pace that will leave hundreds of thousands of jobs vacant in the insurance industry over the next five to ten years. Partnering with and supporting B.O.L.D 2026 is an opportunity for the insurance industry to have a seat at the table; to help grow talent, increase housing and childcare opportunities, and improve the overall business environment in Colorado” said Bryan Bernier, PIIAC CEO.
