Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC) is the state trade association for independent insurance agents in Colorado. One of the benefits available to PIIAC agency members is access to the Pinnacol Assurance market. Beginning February 1, 2023, PIIAC agency members who access Pinnacol through PIIAC will receive 100% of the commission on the Pinnacol business they write through PIIAC. Members who were accessing Pinnacol as of January 1, 2023, were required to return the 2023 ASC Sub-Producer contract to take advantage of this new benefit. New members or new Pinnacol users can access this benefit after signing the 2023 ASC Sub-Producer contract.
